Ordering online at Agnese Studios is easy! When you see an item, simply select your size and the quantity required and then click ‘Add to cart’. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right hand corner of each page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.
Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account, checkout with PayPal or create an account. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.
It can take up to 2 hours to receive the confirmation email in the inbox of your registered email address. We recommend that you also check your Spam/Spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time period, simply email our Customer Service team at info@agnesestudios.com
It is only possible to make a change to your order within one hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so we are not always able to fulfil changes and cancellations. You should contact our customer service team immediately (within the first hour) at info@agnesestudios.com and include the details of your change/cancellation request in the email. This will minimise the delay in processing your order due to changes made.
We have a sizing guide on each product, if you have specific questions about an item that are not mentioned in the ‘Details’ section, please contact our Customer Service team at info@agnesestudios.com and we will be happy to provide you with additional information to facilitate your purchase.
Once it has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number on the contact email address you provided when placing your order. You can also track your order in the ‘track your order’ section by entering the order number and your email address, and it will provide you with real-time information.
The tracking number will start providing real-time information once it enters your country, usually within 2/3 days after leaving our warehouse.
